Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges can be made for:
- A different size in the same style (subject to availability)
- If the item is damaged or defective
- If the requested size/style is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that are used, washed, or worn
- Items with tags removed
- Sale/discounted products
Refunds
- If the item received is damaged or defective.
- If you simply didn’t like the product (style/fit/feel).
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return shipping details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of damaged/defective items).
